What happens on the free 30-minute discovery call?+
It's a relaxed conversation with Helal — no payment, no card, and no obligation. You talk through where you are, what's not working, and what you'd like to be different. Helal will ask a few questions, share how he'd approach it, and you'll leave with at least one practical next step whether or not you book anything afterwards.
How many sessions do people usually need?+
Most clients work through three to six sessions, spaced two to four weeks apart so there's time to act between them. Some come for a single session before an interview or a big decision, others stay for longer stretches of a career change. You book one session at a time — there's no package to commit to.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Life happens. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session and we'll simply find another time. Inside 24 hours the session counts as used, though Helal will always try to be flexible where he can.
Are sessions virtual or in person?+
Sessions are held online by video call, which is why Helal is able to work with clients across the UK and internationally. In-person sessions in London can sometimes be arranged — just mention it on your discovery call.
